Qualifications

• Experience in regulation, enforcement, investigations, or operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory and Compliance: Ensure TPs seeking funding meet registration and quality standards.
• Regulate Private Education Institutions in line with the Private Education Act 2009 and regulations.
• Inspection and Enforcement: Lead inspections and investigate non-compliance, applying appropriate enforcement actions.
• Policy and Framework Review: Review legislation, regulatory frameworks, and policies for relevance and effectiveness.
• Innovation: Use AI and data analytics to improve tools and processes for compliance monitoring.
