Job summary

Revolut Singapore is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Assurance Manager to design, execute and scale our compliance testing framework in line with MAS regulations and the PSA. You will partner with local leads and regional compliance to keep controls robust and proactive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a licensed financial institution, fintech, consultancy, or regulatory body (e.g., MAS).
• 2+ years of direct experience in compliance testing, QA, or internal/external audit focusing on financial services risk and compliance domains.
• Solid understanding of Singapore’s regulatory landscape, including MAS regulations (PSA, Notices on AML/CTF, TRM and Fair Dealing Guidelines).
• Experience interrogating large data sets to identify actionable insights
• To be results-driven and pragmatic
• A detail-oriented approach
• Great problem-solving and collaboration skills
• The ability to explain complex things very easily
• Experience managing and implementing policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the design and implementation of the compliance testing and assurance programme, tailored to Singapore’s regulatory landscape, including the PSA, SFA and relevant MAS Guidelines and Notices.
• Completing assurance reviews and testing activities covering core areas such as AML/CFT, consumer protection, technology risk management (TRM), outsourcing, privacy/PDPA and fair dealing, leveraging skills in advanced data analytics.
• Contributing to compliance processes by identifying opportunities for improved adherence to local regulatory requirements and global Revolut standards.
• Executing project plans to address remediation efforts and testing review findings, including process updates, documentation, policy enhancements and/or staff training.
• Driving execution of multiple concurrent reviews, local or multi-jurisdictional across APAC, including subsequent senior management and committee reporting on outcomes and findings.
• Challenging colleagues to build efficient, world-class risk management controls and operational processes.
• Using data analytics to interrogate systems, identifying actionable insights that result in material enhancements to the control environment.
