Michael Page International in Singapore is seeking a Regulatory Compliance professional to join a well-established international bank. The role focuses on regulating advisory, monitoring, and governance, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory requirements across the bank.

The successful candidate will review consultation papers and notices, provide compliance guidance to business units, and support policy updates, regulatory reporting, audits, and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance from Banking, Insurance, FinTech or Audit.
• Good understanding of regulations, notices and guidelines, with exposure to Corporate Banking, Treasury or Private Banking.
• Hands-on experience in regulatory advisory, compliance monitoring and testing, regulatory change, policy reviews, or related compliance activities.

Responsabilités

• Review regulatory consultation papers, regulatory developments, notices and guidelines, and communicate relevant updates to internal stakeholders.
• Provide regulatory compliance advisory to business units and stakeholders across the bank.
• Perform compliance monitoring and testing reviews, and support updates to internal policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support regulatory reporting, including FATCA/CRS, governance meetings, regulatory interactions, audits, compliance training, and ad-hoc compliance projects.
