Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents in its home. The role involves monitoring vital signs, assisting with grooming and hygiene, and playing a central role in resident care.

You will support doctors and senior staff in preventive and curative medical services, oversee nursing aides, and ensure care delivery aligns with established policies. Emergency response within the home is also part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board is required.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing is required.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs.
• Assist with personal grooming and hygiene issues.
• Play a central role in providing nursing care to residents.
• Assist doctors/senior nurses/assistant manager to provide preventive and curative medical service.
• In charge of general health of residents and supervise Nursing aides and Health attendants.
• Ensure care delivery and nursing interventions are established with nursing policies and procedures.
• Assist and carry out emergency situations in Home.
