Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. seeks compassionate nurses to deliver holistic elderly care, ensuring comfort and safety for residents. You will provide professional nursing care tailored to geriatric needs and support activities of daily living.

You will plan and implement meaningful activities, maintain accurate care plans with timely updates, and collaborate with caregivers and volunteers to promote best practices in elder care. A 6-day rotation is required and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Min GCE O Level or equivalent.
• Min 2 years Singapore working experience in geriatric care.
• ITE Certificate in Home Care or Healthcare related certificate.
• Rotation shift: 6 day work week.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure holistic care for elderly health, comfort and security.
• Deliver professional nursing care tailored to geriatric needs.
• Plan and implement meaningful activities for senior residents.
• Maintain accurate Individual Care Plans with timely updates and documentation.
• Assist with activities of daily living including personal hygiene and grooming.
• Collaborate with caregivers and volunteers in elderly care best practices.
