Job summary

PANCARE MEDICAL CLINIC PTE. LTD. seeks a Registered Nurse to lead care staff, deliver comprehensive patient care, and manage medical documentation within a high-standard clinical setting.

You will administer medications, follow ICPs, and train staff while ensuring safety, hygiene, and compliance. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle emergencies and diverse shifts.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid practising certificate from SNB.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate patient records and care plans.
• Able to respond to emergencies and manage medications with safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide care staff, ensuring patient care follows protocols.
• Deliver comprehensive client care, including medical emergencies and safe medication handling.
• Maintain detailed client medical records and follow-up schedules.
• Develop and execute Individual Care Plans (ICPs) for clients.
• Conduct training for care staff and provide health education to clients.
• Administer medications as prescribed with accuracy and safety.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Submit incident reports to the Nurse Manager promptly.
• Assist residents with ADLs and mobility as needed.
• Assess pain levels and implement evidence-based relief strategies.
• Collaborate with therapists on planned therapies and goals.
• Engage with residents to foster a supportive care environment.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness and storage of medical equipment and supplies.
• Uphold high standards of safety and hygiene in the facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
