Job summary

Sephora SEA seeks an Assistant Manager, Visual Merchandising to lead regional VM execution across SEA, Oceania, and future expansion. You’ll work with the Category Senior Manager on assortment, displays, and profitable meters, ensuring brand standards are upheld and projects delivered on time.

You will manage planograms, fixtures, and store openings, collaborating with global teams and local country VM squads, bringing creativity and rigor to every rollout.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, design or store projects management.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Degree/Diploma in design, arts and/or retail merchandising.
• Regional experience preferred; strong communicator and relationship manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional Visual Merchandising execution across SEA.
• Collaborate with Category Senior Manager on assortment and displays.
• Coordinate seasonal planograms for all countries in the region.
• Oversee fixture updates and ensure Sephora guidelines compliance.
• Partner with Global team to develop regional planograms and fixtures.
• Lead store openings with VM support and vendor guidance.
