Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical access/pricing/reimbursement or health policy.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams within a complex matrix.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute regional Value & Access strategy across APMA markets.
• Lead end-to-end launch readiness and cross-functional risk management.
• Drive access performance using analytics, dashboards, and cross-country learning.
• Influence pricing decisions with regional input on assumptions and scenarios.
• Collaborate with Public Affairs to address market access barriers and policy changes.
