Job summary

Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association in Singapore is seeking a Region Value & Access Therapeutic Area Head CRM for APMA markets. The role requires shaping sustainable patient access and leading cross-country collaboration across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa.

You will translate international strategies into locally relevant access plans and lead pricing, lifecycle inputs, and performance improvements.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in life sciences, health economics, public health or related field required.
Proven ability to develop and execute access strategies in a matrix environment.
Experience engaging payers, HTA bodies, health authorities and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute regional V&A strategy across APMA markets.
Lead cross-country access initiatives, pricing advice, and lifecycle inputs.
Drive launch readiness through V&A contributions and risk management.
Accelerate access performance using dashboards, analytics, and insights.
Influence pricing decisions with region-wide benchmarks and profitability analysis.
Collaborate with Public Affairs and other stakeholders to address market access barriers.
Build regional capability with tools, training, and communities of practice.
