Job summary

Sephora SEA is seeking a seasoned Treasury Manager to safeguard liquidity, strengthen cash discipline and build a capable treasury team across the region. You will own governance, forecasting, working capital and bank relationships, reporting to the Regional Finance Director.

You will collaborate with country finance teams and external partners, leading strategic treasury initiatives while developing a high-performing team and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, cash management or related roles.
• Strong expertise in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and treasury reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and regional cash management across the treasury pillar.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, budget vs forecast, and working capital performance.
• Manage banking relationships, intercompany settlements and treasury reporting.
• Drive treasury transformation projects and coach team members.
