Achieve Group is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join its Group Tax team in Singapore. You will lead tax across multiple jurisdictions, drive Pillar 2 (GloBE) implementation, and partner with the business on strategic cross-border initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Tax, this regional role demands strong technical knowledge of corporate tax, BEPS, and CbCR, as well as excellent stakeholder management across regional and global teams.

Qualifikationen

• 6–8 years of relevant tax experience in multinational corporations or Big 4/leading international tax advisory firms.
• Strong experience in international tax, transfer pricing, and cross-border tax planning.
• Hands-on experience with Pillar 2 (GloBE) implementation and compliance.
• Proven experience in tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-merger integration.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead Group tax functions including corporate income tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing, and international tax planning across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee tax compliance and reporting for overseas entities to ensure timely submissions.
• Drive transfer pricing documentation, CbCR, BEPS-related requirements.
• Lead Pillar 2 (GloBE) implementation across 10+ jurisdictions, including deferred tax and filing obligations.
• Provide tax advisory support on business operations, market expansion, and restructuring.
• Lead tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-acquisition integration.
