Love, Bonito, a Southeast Asia fashion brand, seeks a Supply Chain Executive in Singapore to manage end-to-end returns inbound operations across multiple 3PLs with regional scope. The role blends day-to-day logistics with inventory reconciliation and ERP/WMS alignment.

You will collaborate with DC teams and regional partners to ensure timely processing, accurate stock visibility, and proactive issue resolution, especially during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in engineering or supply chain preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Hands-on experience in supply chain or DC operations.
• Strong understanding of inbound operations and outbound support.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems; Excel/Google Sheets mandatory; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end returns inbound operations across multiple 3PL centers.
• Coordinate the flow of returned inventory from e-commerce and retail into the warehouse network.
• Ensure returns are received, inspected, and reflected in WMS/SAP within defined turnaround times.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on returns status, delays, and risks to inventory availability.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for returns processing.
