Job summary

Momcozy seeks an experienced backend operations engineer to own stability, observability, and automation for the Singapore production environment. You will manage regional AWS resources, Kubernetes clusters, and incident response, collaborating with HQ teams across time zones to ensure resilient, scalable services.

You will implement CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and security controls, working with middleware and databases while driving cost optimization and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, SRE, or platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize regional AWS resources and Kubernetes clusters, including capacity planning and cost optimization.
• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards, alert rules, and log platforms for applications, middleware, and infrastructure.
• Participate in regional incident response, executing and automating mitigation actions and runbooks.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting canary releases and fast rollback; enforce change reviews.
• Own backup, recovery, tuning, and capacity assessment for regional databases and middleware; partner with developers on slow-query and performance issue resolution.
• Manage regional IAM accounts and access; support rollout of security capabilities; enforce least-privilege access and audit trails.

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
