Job summary

ONTO INNOVATION SOUTHEAST ASIA PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Supply Chain Planner based in Singapore to act as the single point of contact for SEA spares planning across all product lines.

You will work with the Global Spares Planning team in the USA to align stocking and fulfillment goals. Responsibilities include tracking the slot plan for SEA, monitoring fulfillment metrics, and driving replenishment to meet stock targets across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (SCM, Logistics, IE, Operations, Admin).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is highly preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in supply planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Be single point of contact for SEA spares planning (Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam).
• Track future slot plan for SEA and ensure stocking plan is established on time.
• Monitor fulfillment metrics and perform monthly miss analysis to identify gaps and improvements.
• Monitor local stock against stocking plan and drive replenishment to meet LWS targets.
• Address current/future issues impacting fulfillment performance.
• Collaborate with HQ GSP to align on goals and strategies.
• Ensure service commitments are incorporated into the stocking plan.
• Initiate transshipments between stocking locations to maximize fulfillment.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

This role is physically located in Singapore and will be reporting into Global Spares Planning in headquarter in USA

• As a member of Global Spares Planning, be a single point of contact for SEA (Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam) spares planning across all product lines




• Track the future slot plan for SEA and ensure the stocking plan are established on time




• Monitor fulfillment metric and perform monthly miss analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities




• Monitor local stock against stocking plan and drive replenishment for the shortage to meet and maintain LWS (Lines With Stock) target




• Address current and future issues impacting fulfillment performance




• Work closely with HQ GSP to stay fully aligned on business goals and strategies




• Ensure service commitments for customers and regions are incorporated into the spares stocking plan




• Initiate transshipments between stocking locations to maximize fulfillment performance

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.




• APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent supply chain certification is highly preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, materials planning, spare parts planning, or supply chain management within a manufacturing, semiconductor equipment, electronics, or high-tech industry.




• Proven experience managing regional inventory and replenishment planning across multiple countries.




• Experience working with global teams and supporting stakeholders across different time zones, particularly with North America-based headquarters.




• Strong track record in inventory optimization, service level improvement, and fulfillment performance management.




• Experience analysing demand trends, stocking strategies, and inventory policies to support service commitments.
