Job summary

National University Health System (PHCC) is seeking an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive in Social Care to support the development and implementation of initiatives that advance social-health integration in western Singapore. The role involves collaborating with NUHS internal teams and external partners to drive population health programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, project management, community engagement, business development, programme management, strategy or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders across organisations, departments or agencies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and Initiative Development: Support research, development and implementation of initiatives that advance social-health integration and community care; Contribute to strategies and workplans; Prepare presentations and reports.
• Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with internal and external partners; Facilitate engagements to identify needs and drive collaboration; Coordinate discussions among stakeholders.
• Project and Programme Management: Support planning, implementation and monitoring of partnership initiatives; Track progress, identify risks and propose solutions; Support evaluation and scaling opportunities.
