Job summary

Samsung Asia PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Regional SCM Planning Manager to lead supply chain planning across SE Asia & Oceania. You will coordinate with HQ and local subsidiaries to strengthen SCM performance and drive operational excellence across the region.

You will oversee demand and supply forecasting, inventory optimization, and governance, partnering with cross-functional teams to align priorities, address challenges, and support business performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business Admin, or related field.
10 years in SCM, demand/supply planning, or related areas.
Experience supporting regional operations or multiple countries/business units.
Strong knowledge of forecasting, inventory optimization, and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead regional SCM planning initiatives across SEAO subsidiaries aligning with HQ strategies.
Monitor and evaluate subsidiary SCM performance, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
Review weekly/monthly forecasts and assess inventory strategies and supply risks.
Provide guidance on demand planning, supply planning, and sales forecasting.
Develop regional inventory strategies including safety stock and SKU rationalization.
Drive data analytics, automation, and best-practice sharing across subsidiaries.
Lead regional SCM review meetings with stakeholders and report to management.
