Job summary

Samsung Southeast Asia & Oceania is seeking a Regional SCM Planning Manager to lead regional planning, governance, and optimization across SEAO. You will work closely with HQ and local subsidiaries to align priorities, forecast demand, manage inventory, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years in SCM, strong SAP experience, and fluency in English and Korean, with travel across the SEAO region expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, or related areas, preferably in multinational organizations.
Proven experience supporting regional SCM operations across multiple countries.
Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Forecasting methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience collaborating with HQ and regional teams to drive governance and process standardization.
Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
Willingness to travel across the SEAO region.

Responsibilities

Lead regional SCM planning initiatives across SEAO subsidiaries, aligning with HQ strategies.
Monitor subsidiary SCM performance and recommend practical improvements.
Review weekly/monthly demand and supply forecasts and validate assumptions.
Provide guidance on demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
