Job summary
NTUC LEARNINGHUB PTE. LTD. invites an experienced trainer to deliver hands‑on robotics and automation training in Singapore.
You will guide learners through robot programming, kinematics, motion planning and system integration across manufacturing, operations and service contexts. The role requires strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills, plus the ability to design exercises and assessments.
Qualifications
- Certification in Learning & Development (ACLP/ACTA/DACE or DDDLP).
- Minimum 2 years in Advanced Manufacturing, Robotics, Mechatronics or Industrial Automation.
- Strong knowledge of robotics systems and automation technologies.
- Experience in adult learning or corporate training preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and hands-on training on robotics systems and automation technologies.
- Guide learners in robotics programming, motion planning, and system integration.
- Develop learning materials, practical exercises and assessments.
- Monitor progress and provide coaching to support competency development.
- Ensure delivery aligns with adult learning principles and competency-based methods.
