Job summary

Samsung is seeking a Senior Manager & Head of Regional Retail Field Force to lead Field Force strategy and operations across Southeast Asia & Oceania, enhancing retail execution, workforce productivity and in-store performance.

You will translate market insights into practical operating frameworks, partner with subsidiaries and agencies, and establish KPIs, governance, and capability standards to drive continuous improvement across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Retail Operations or Field Force Management across large-scale retail environments.
• Ability to translate field insights into regional strategies, operating frameworks and guidelines.
• Proven experience managing Field Force strategy, deployment, productivity and performance across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with KPIs and data-driven improvements.
• Experience managing or working with Field Force agencies and outsourced providers, with governance.
• Practical experience in VMD and in-store execution for Mobile and/or Consumer Electronics products.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management to influence senior teams in a regional or matrix organization.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving to turn business priorities and field insights into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive regional Field Force strategies aligned with business priorities and market dynamics.
• Translate regional objectives into operating frameworks, policies and guidelines for subsidiaries.
• Partner with subsidiary Retail and Field Force leaders to align priorities and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish and oversee regional Field Force KPIs and performance management frameworks.
• Review subsidiary performance, identify gaps and guide local teams in corrective actions.
• Analyze field data to identify trends and recommend improvements; enhance data quality and decision-making.
• Lead governance and performance management of Field Force agencies and outsourced providers.
• Define regional role profiles, guidelines and competency standards; oversee recruitment, onboarding and training.
