Job summary

Samsung Southeast Asia & Oceania is seeking a Senior Manager & Head of Regional Retail Field Force to lead across SE Asia & Oceania. You will shape regional field-force strategy, drive performance, and improve retail execution through data-driven governance and collaboration with subsidiaries and external partners.

You will oversee KPI frameworks, agency partnerships and capabilities development to ensure consistent brand presentation and store experience across markets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in retail operations or field-force management within consumer electronics or multi-market environments.
• Strong ability to translate field insights into regional strategies and execution guidelines.
• Proven track record in KPI definition, performance review and data-driven improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive regional Field Force strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Translate regional objectives into operating frameworks, policies and guidelines.
• Lead governance of Field Force agencies and drive productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Define regional role profiles and competency standards; oversee recruitment, training and performance management.
• Provide guidance on VMD, in-store execution and merchandising across multiple markets.
