Job summary

SF SUPPLY CHAIN INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regional Project Executive to support planning, coordination and implementation of regional business and operational projects across Singapore, headquarters and overseas offices.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to monitor progress, analyse performance and drive process improvements using Excel, Power BI and Tableau. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required for regular communication with Chinese-speaking teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related discipline.
Fresh graduates welcome; relevant experience is an advantage.
Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
Familiarity with logistics, customs, warehousing, or cross-border operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau familiarity.
Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate regional business and operational projects across Singapore, HQ and overseas offices.
Track project timelines, deliverables, action items and follow-ups.
Prepare business presentations, management reports and project updates.
Analyse operational data including shipment volumes, revenue and service performance.
Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
Monitor performance against objectives and identify improvement opportunities.
Liaise with Operations, Finance, Customs, Product, Customer Service to resolve issues.
Coordinate with regional teams to align timelines and resources.
Document and standardise business processes and project procedures.
