Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced Private Banking Advisor to expand our international client base and deliver tailored financial planning. You will onboard high-net-worth clients across key regional markets and provide wealth solutions aligned with client needs.

In this role you will drive revenue by introducing investment strategies and market insights, deepen relationships through regular portfolio reviews, and maintain the highest standards of advisory excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• MBA, CFA, CFP certifications are highly preferred.
• >7 years of private banking or wealth advisory experience servicing the international banking segment.
• Demonstrated ability to build a high-quality client book with portable AUM.

Responsibilities

• Expand the client base by identifying and onboarding banking accounts across key regional markets within the private wealth space.
• Deliver comprehensive financial planning and consultative solutions tailored to client needs.
• Drive business revenue by introducing appropriate investment strategies, wealth solutions, and market insights.
• Deepen existing client relationships through ongoing portfolio reviews and cross-selling relevant banking products.
• Elevate the overall client journey by maintaining high standards of personal service and advisory excellence.
