AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to validate payroll results across countries in scope, using reports and macros, and to support post-payroll audits.

You will interpret pay policies, stay current with statutory changes, review manual checks and adjustments, and ensure time, earnings, benefits, taxes and garnishments are calculated accurately. The role emphasises process standardisation and risk controls.

Responsabilités

• Validate payroll results across countries using reports and macros; run post-payroll audits, build metrics and track errors
• Interpret pay policies (overtime, holiday work, deductions, withholding exemptions) and stay current with statutory changes to keep payroll accurate and compliant
• Review manual checks and pay adjustments; maintain payroll systems so time, earnings, benefits, taxes and garnishments are computed correctly
• Find process gaps and fix them through standardisation and risk controls; document processes with process maps, procedures and training manuals
• Lead payroll projects and change requests, including system testing for upgrades and legislative updates; support internal and external audits with root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions
