Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supply Chain Planning professional to develop regional demand forecasts and rolling forecasts, working with multiple countries and partners to align with supply capabilities. You will establish regional planning processes and balance service levels with inventory costs.

Required is a degree in supply chain and at least three years of planning experience, plus strong communication and presentation skills to engage with HQ and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• At least 3 years of supply chain and planning experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop six-month regional demand forecasts and monthly rolling forecasts using statistical models.
• Analyse demand trends across countries, distributors, and service partners.
• Align regional forecasts with HQ planning teams and supply-side capabilities.
• Establish regional parts planning processes and guidelines.
• Determine service levels, safety stock, reorder points, and quantities per SKU/market.
• Collaborate with Order Management and Inventory Management to balance service levels and costs.
• Coordinate with Business Units and Product Engineering to ensure accuracy.
• Optimize inventory investment and reduce excess/obsolete stock while maintaining service levels.
• Monitor planning KPIs and continuously improve planning processes and rules.
