Qualifikationen

• Typically 7+ years in enterprise applications with hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials/SCM.
• Experience with Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation.
• Strong understanding of finance and supply chain processes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver solutions.
• Experience supporting users across multiple countries in regional environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication with business users and vendors.
• Understanding of AI and AI agents, including related capabilities and risks.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Projects, Order Management or Oracle EPM is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Own the Oracle Applications Management: Fusion Financials/SCM and FCCS across Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia.
• Ensure month-, quarter-, and year-end closings are stable; troubleshoot issues and implement lasting fixes.
• Partner with Finance, Treasury, Procurement and other users to capture requirements and deliver timely updates.
• Manage the regional Oracle support vendor; coordinate with Oracle Support and ensure proper testing before production.
• Lead AI integration: connect Oracle platforms to the group AI platform with proper access controls and audit trails.
• Use AI tools to improve scripting, SQL, reporting, integrations and documentation within change-control rules.
• Collaborate with Thailand and Indonesia IT teams; document configurations and share knowledge.
• Expand applications on the IT roadmap including treasury, planning and reporting systems.
