Job summary

Google Singapore is seeking a senior security professional to oversee incident response, security operations programs, and threat mitigation across our campuses. You will collaborate with Facilities Management to design risk assessments and implement robust security strategies while maintaining high-quality customer service and confidentiality.

You will lead investigations, develop cross-campus security initiatives, and drive ongoing reporting and dashboards to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence or a military role or equivalent private sector experience.
• Experience with Security Operations Center (SOC) works.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response and direct teams to conduct complex security investigations.
• Design and lead the implementation of security operations programs across campuses.
• Drive the development of security strategies and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Lead the development and execution of protocols to assess and mitigate threats and manage crises.
• Oversee ongoing support for cross-functional data users by maintaining reports and dashboards.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

10 years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence or a military role or equivalent private sector experience

Job description

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with security technologies including CCTV, access control, and incident management systems.
• Understanding of global geopolitical trends and emerging threats and risks.
• Ability to lead projects by navigating priorities, measurable objectives, dependencies, planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, implementation and subsequent monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people management skills, with the ability to take initiative while building cross-functional relationships.
• Track record in managing security operations and security personnel and delivering high quality, customer-oriented security programs.
