Job summary

SUMBER INDAH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead business operations across Singapore and regional markets.

You will drive operational efficiency, manage supply chain activities, and support sustainable growth in wholesale trading and distribution. You will oversee daily wholesale distribution, coordinate with suppliers and partners, and push initiatives to improve productivity and profitability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Experience in watches, timepieces, or consumer products distribution.
• Experience managing regional wholesale operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wholesale distribution operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
• Coordinate regional business activities with suppliers, distributors, retailers, and partners to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
• Manage sales order fulfilment and monitor delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.
• Analyze operational costs, inventory turnover, sales performance, and key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify and support business expansion initiatives by improving distribution networks and regional market coverage.
• Supervise and coordinate administrative, sales support, and operations teams to achieve operational goals.
• Collaborate with management to develop business plans, operational budgets, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure consistent and efficient business operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and operational requirements across all markets.
