Job summary

LUCA SGP is seeking an Operations and Client Services Manager to bridge middle-/back-office efficiency with front-office client enablement. The role is hybrid, overseeing office administration, compliance, vendor management, and fund operations while supporting the CCO and Business Development in identifying opportunities and strengthening partnerships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
1–2 years in an assistant relationship or operations role in private banking; DBS/BOS a plus.
Solid knowledge of financial markets, MAS regulatory framework and fund operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a regional pipeline of distribution partners across East Asia and Southeast Asia.
Coordinate outreach to potential clients and support engagement with existing partners.
Collaborate with investment research, product development, and compliance to create marketing materials and investment solutions.
Support sales/marketing activities: roadshows, investor presentations, webinars and conferences.
