NES GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to coordinate regional health services across six countries, delivering surveillance, Fitness for Duty, and wellness programs under physician governance.

You will manage health surveillance cohorts, liaise with HR and vendors, support case pathways, and drive continuous improvement in clinical care, confidentiality and emergency readiness.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board registration or eligibility.
• Formal training in occupational health nursing or workplace wellbeing is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years post-registration experience in occupational/ corporate health.
• Experience coordinating health surveillance, Fitness for Duty, return-to-work and case management.
• Experience supporting multiple sites or countries and vendor management.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate regional OH service plan across six countries including surveillance cycles and campaigns.
• Act as operational contact for employees, stakeholders and vendors; resolve issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain SOPs, country requirements, service directories and escalation contacts.
• Support mobilisation of new services and changes to sites, workgroups or providers.
• Perform nursing components of surveillance within protocols and local scope.
• Manage intake and workflow for pre-placement, periodic, return-to-work and related assessments.
• Coordinate appointments, consent, workplace restrictions and return-to-work actions with employees and stakeholders.
• Communicate functional information with confidentiality boundaries.
• Provide OH nursing assessment, first aid and health education within approved protocols.
• Coordinate clinic readiness, infection prevention and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate provider schedules, service orders, invoices and vendor performance dashboards.
• Draft clear communications with physicians, HR and leaders; track actions to closure.
• Collect feedback and program metrics to drive process improvements.
