  • Act as the primary operational contact for employees, country stakeholders and vendors; resolve routine service issues and elevate clinical, legal, privacy or performance concerns appropriately.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures, country requirements, service directories, referral pathways and escalation contacts in current and accessible form.
  • Support mobilisation of new services and changes to sites, workgroups, exposures or providers.

  • Support scopes of work, market assessments, sourcing, mobilisation and renewal activities with operational requirements and service data.
  • Identify service duplication, access gaps, avoidable cost and process inefficiency, and propose practical improvements.
6. Wellness, RSIP, EAP and corporate wellbeing delivery
  • Plan and implement the regional wellbeing calendar and country campaigns, coordinating vendors, local champions, logistics, registrations and communications.
  • Promote appropriate access to EAP and other support pathways while maintaining clear boundaries between program promotion, clinical care, crisis escalation and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate RSIP and related prevention activities, including employee education, screening or referral workflows and follow-up actions defined by the program.
