Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Medical Education Manager to lead the development and execution of medical education programs across the Asia Pacific region, supporting the Shoulder portfolio and enabling technologies.

You will partner with healthcare professionals, faculty and internal stakeholders to design, deliver and measure educational initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory compliance. Travel within APAC is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 years of professional experience in medical education, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences.
• Experience leading or managing multiple education programs across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience using MS Office for program management, reporting, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional medical education programs and learning pathways.
• Partner with healthcare professionals, faculty members, and key opinion leaders to design and deliver events, training programs, and digital learning initiatives.
• Build and maintain a network of clinical faculty and subject matter experts to support APAC education.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Digital Education to develop curriculum and content.
• Measure program effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, utilization data, and evaluations.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Ensure educational activities comply with policies, regulations, and healthcare compliance.
• Support branding, communications, and commercialization initiatives through stakeholder engagement.
