Job summary

Publicis Groupe in Singapore is seeking a Regional Media Operations Planner / Senior Planner to support key client accounts across APAC markets. This role will serve as the operational backbone, ensuring media processes, governance standards, financial accountability, and regional stakeholder alignment across markets.

The successful candidate will partner with regional and local teams to drive operational excellence, maintain visibility across market activities, and enable seamless collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in media operations, media planning, media investment, account management, agency operations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end media planning, campaign execution, and media activation processes.
• Experience working within a media agency environment or supporting regional media accounts.
• Sound knowledge of media investment management, budgeting, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regional and local markets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating across diverse teams and cultures.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Copilot would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Account Management and Planning: Lead integrated full-funnel media planning across key markets, ensuring alignment with client objectives and cross-channel strategies.
• Network Management: Bridge global, regional, and local teams to align planning, activation, governance, and financial processes across APAC markets.
• Operational leadership: Act as regional operational lead for multiple APAC markets, ensuring regional standards and timelines.
• Collaboration: Coordinate stakeholders across regional media, local account teams, finance, and senior leadership.
• Performance: Monitor media investment performance, costs, and provide regular market updates and recommendations.
