Job summary

Zenith Singapore is hiring a Regional Media Operations Planner to support APAC accounts. You will lead integrated media planning across markets, ensure governance and financial accountability, and align regional efforts with local market needs.

You will partner with regional and local teams to maintain visibility of market activities, drive operational excellence, and enable effective collaboration between central and local stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years in media operations, planning, investment, or agency operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end media planning and activation processes.
• Experience coordinating across regional/global teams and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated full-funnel media planning across key markets with alignment to client objectives.
• Build and maintain client relationships as strategic advisor for planning and performance.
• Mentor and develop a team of planners to drive planning excellence.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across regional, local, and global teams.
