Job summary

Shopee is seeking a data-driven Project Manager to join its Regional Logistics team in Singapore. You will lead analyses to uncover root causes, design detailed implementation plans, and drive milestones across Product, Local and Regional teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

You will leverage Python and SQL for data analysis, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate progress clearly in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and reporting is advantageous.
• Demonstrate a deep curiosity and passion for solving problems with impact.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align diverse perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses and deep dives to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate options for improvement initiatives using data and business logic.
• Design detailed implementation plans with timelines, costs and stakeholders.
• Project-manage progress across Product, Local and Regional teams to meet milestones.
• Engage in hands-on project management and ground operations to implement improvements.
• Communicate updates, timelines and issues to stakeholders effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful initiatives.
• Monitor and report effectiveness of implemented solutions and optimise outcomes.
