Shopee in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end logistics initiatives, from concept to launch and handover to BAU. You will drive feasibility studies, build business cases, and coordinate with internal teams and 3PLs to ensure readiness for rollout.

Develop budgets, manage timelines, and monitor post-launch performance. Strong analytics, Excel proficiency, and stakeholder communication are essential for success in a dynamic, regional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years delivering logistics or supply chain projects, incl. launches.
• Experience with 3PLs or pickup-point networks is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects with competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication; proficient in MS Office; Excel required; SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of new logistics initiatives from concept to BAU.
• Develop business cases including cost, timeline, resourcing.
• Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, and risks.
• Partner with 3PLs, carriers, and pickup-point partners for onboarding.
• Coordinate with Ops, BD, Finance, Legal, CS, and Tech for readiness.
• Lead pilot testing and iterate based on data before regional scale.
• Track post-launch performance on cost, SLA, volume, CX.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and external partners.
