Clarist Resources Pte Ltd. seeks a Regional Legal Counsel to support Southeast Asia operations, acting as a key legal partner with a focus on marketing, digital, and commercial matters. Ensure compliance while enabling growth across multiple markets in the region.

The role involves advising on campaigns, influencer engagements, data protection, e-commerce and IT-related contracts, and coordinating with marketing, e-commerce, IT, and retail teams to manage legal risk and governance.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in marketing, digital, e-commerce and commercial contracts.
• Solid knowledge of data protection, competition law and consumer regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal advisory on marketing campaigns, PR activations and brand collaborations.
• Oversee compliance in personal data protection, CRM and e-commerce platforms.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts covering digital, IT, and marketing services.
• Advise on competition law and consumer regulations across regional markets.
• Support cross‑border initiatives and partner with regional teams on governance.
