Regional Key Account Managers HoReCa Sales
    As a Regional Key Account Manager - HORECA, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth in the HORECA segment by building and maintaining strong relationships with chefs, F&B and purchase managers. Your primary focus will be to ensure service excellence and achieve primary and secondary sales targets. You will report to the Director-HORECA and work in locations such as Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, and Ahmedabad.Your main objective will be to manage key HORECA accounts, negotiate and close deals, resolve service issues, lead distributor and vending teams, and oversee sales forecasting, stock planning, and budgeting to maximize market share.Key responsibilities include meeting chefs, purchase managers of various establishments, resolving service-related issues, maintaining good relations with the purchase department, and handling a team of dealers including B2B HORECA and vending operations. You will also be responsible for negotiating deals with customers, maintaining a strong customer database, creating a company and brand image equity, and ensuring customer loyalty and long-term partnerships.In terms of decision-making authority, you will be expected to schedule customer visits, resolve routine service issues, and select distributors/vending partners within budget limits. Escalations may include non-standard discounts, major customer complaints, or changes to targets, incentives, or budgets beyond approved thresholds.Your work relationships will involve collaborating with internal teams such as Sales Leadership, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR & Training, as well as external stakeholders including chefs, F&B/purchase managers, distributors/dealers, and vending operators.This job description and its key responsibilities will be reviewed on a monthly basis to ensure alignment with organizational performance review standards.Qualifications for this role include a graduation degree (preferably PGDM/MBA in Marketing) and a minimum of 10 years of experience in HoReCa sales within the food industry.
