Job summary

Hermès International's Singapore hub seeks a qualified lawyer to join its Legal Department. You will draft and review contracts, NDAs and real estate agreements, and support corporate secretarial processes across Southeast Asia and Australia.

In this role you will manage the contracts database, coordinate with external counsels, participate in compliance roll-outs, and deliver training to local teams. You thrive in multicultural settings and contribute with accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Qualified law graduate with practical experience in a law firm or in-house
• Clear communication across cultures and teams
• Willingness to grow in a demanding international setting

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, NDAs, concession and real estate agreements with rigour
• Manage and update contracts database, templates and internal policies
• Support organisation of Board meetings and corporate secretarial processes
• Contribute to the rollout of compliance programmes (data protection, anti-corruption, AML)
• Coordinate with external counsels and provide day-to-day legal support
• Assist in designing and delivering legal and compliance training across local markets
