Job summary

LVMH is seeking a Regional IT Business Operations Manager to oversee IT application operations across Southeast Asia and Oceania, ensuring effective support and continuous improvement of core business systems such as Esker, Concur, Aprovall and HRIS, with SAP S/4HANA as the ERP backbone.

You will coordinate with regional stakeholders, central IS&T teams and AMS partners to align business needs with global IT standards, lead incident resolution, and champion change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in L1/L2 IT application support, including back-office, finance and HRIS.
• Good knowledge of Esker and Concur; familiarity with Aprovall or other e-attestation tools is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of application integrations with core ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for regional/global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Level 1 and Level 2 support for key business applications (Esker, Concur, Aprovall, HRIS, SAP S/4HANA).
• Advise key users and process owners on effective use of business applications.
• Monitor incidents and identify opportunities for improvements and preventive measures.
• Coordinate escalation to Level 3 with FG Central IS&T when needed.
• Liaise with Central IS&T, AMS partners and regional stakeholders on issue resolution.

Job description

The Regional IT Business Operations Manager oversees regional IT application operations, ensuring effective system support, service delivery and continuous improvement across key business applications across Southeast Asia and Oceania (SEAO).

Acting as the key liaison between regional stakeholders, central IS&T teams and external service providers, the role ensures alignment between business needs, global IT standards and operational priorities.

Job responsibilities

Oversee and provide Level 1 and Level 2 functional and technical support and resolution for key business applications, including Esker, Concur, Aprovall and HRIS tools, as well as the SAP S/4HANA environment.

Guide and advise key users and business process owners on the effective and optimal use of business applications.

Monitor recurring incidents and identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements and preventive measures.

Assess, qualify and coordinate the escalation of complex technical issues requiring Level 3 support within the FG Central IS&T structure.

Act as the key regional liaison with the Central IS&T Application Manager, internal IT teams and Application Management Services (AMS) partners to ensure effective issue resolution.

Monitor incident and service requests through to closure, ensuring adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Monitor service delivery standards and evaluate AMS vendor performance, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Project Implementation & Change Management

Collaborate with central IS&T teams during the design and development phases of new system features, enhancements and integrations.

Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring appropriate validation of system functionality prior to deployment.

Lead and support system implementation and integration activities, particularly those involving SAP S/4HANA, including post-deployment hypercare and issue resolution.

Partner with local business sponsors and stakeholders to prepare and execute change management initiatives, facilitating smooth adoption of new systems and application updates.

Ensure regional compliance with IT best practices, security standards and established governance frameworks.

• Conducts performance evaluations of the AMS vendors and provide constructive feedback.

Regional IT Governance & Stakeholder Management

Represent the region in global project committees, application governance meetings and AMS service reviews.

Work closely with Central IS&T and global application owners to align regional priorities, operational requirements and system roadmaps.

Facilitate effective collaboration between regional business users, local IT stakeholders and global support teams.

Provide regular updates on regional IT operations, key incidents, project progress, service performance and areas requiring management attention.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Proven experience in L1/L2 IT application support, preferably covering back-office, finance and HRIS solutions.

Good knowledge of Esker and Concur; familiarity with Aprovall or other e-attestation tools is an advantage.

Solid understanding of application integrations with core ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional and global teams in a dynamic environment.

Fluent in English, with the ability to coordinate with international stakeholders.

ITIL, PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
