Marriott International is seeking a Manager, Intelligence, APEC to shape scalable analytics, dashboards, and data science solutions that inform commercial decisions across the region. You partner with stakeholders to translate questions into analytical requirements and drive end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics, business intelligence, or revenue strategy experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field from an accredited university.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting (Power BI/Tableau) and translating business needs into requirements.
• Strong ability to perform structured analyses and communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on SQL capability with large datasets; familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
• Experience applying data science techniques (forecasting, segmentation, modeling) where relevant.
• End-to-end ownership of analytics, dashboarding, and reporting projects.

Responsabilités

• Shape ongoing BI delivery and dashboard enhancements across markets.
• Ensure data quality and consistent reporting definitions across stakeholders.
• Monitor adoption and usability of BI products to increase self-service usage.
• Apply UI/UX principles to dashboard design to improve navigation and usability.
• Own analytics projects from intake to release communication and post-release support.
• Partner with technology, data, and business teams to resolve data, logic, or adoption issues.
