This role sits at the intersection of people, technology, and transformation. You'll help drive initiatives across AI adoption, process improvement, workforce productivity, digital HR solutions, and capability building while partnering with stakeholders across the region.
- Support regional transformation initiatives across AI, automation, and digital HR
- Partner with SEA markets to improve processes and drive adoption of new ways of working
- Develop resources, playbooks, communications, and learning materials to scale AI & automation solutions across the regions
- Analyse data, prepare insights, and support reporting to inform decision-making
