Job summary

NUHS Regional Health System Office is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to lead analytics projects and develop robust reporting for population health and community care. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into analytics solutions and ensure governance.

You will contribute to data-informed decision making, develop dashboards, and support frameworks that drive improvements in healthcare delivery and population health outcomes across western Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of analytics experience.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (R, Python, SQL, Tableau).
• Demonstrated project coordination and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings clearly.
• Strong understanding of data protection and governance principles.
• Experience in healthcare analytics preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore healthcare system is an advantage.

• Lead end-to-end data analysis projects and evaluations to deliver high-quality analytics solutions
