Job summary

Funds Partnership Asia is seeking a Head of Accounting Services to lead the regional accounting practice across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. You will own the service line end-to-end, drive commercial performance, and set quality standards while guiding local delivery teams.

This is a regional leadership role with a strong emphasis on client engagement and business development. You will report into senior regional management from Kuala Lumpur with some flexibility on base location.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA or MICPA is desirable.
Experience leading regional accounting or finance teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the Accounting Services line across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, including commercial performance.
Lead and develop senior managers delivering local delivery with regional priorities.
Manage high-value client relationships and act as regional escalation point.
Set a consistent regional operating model with standardised processes.
Drive technology, cloud accounting platforms and automation initiatives.
Support business development and cross-border client opportunities.
