Mattel Ventures Singapore seeks an Associate Manager/Manager, Supply Chain Governance, Risk Management & Compliance to act as regional GRC partner for supplier activity. You will support due diligence, onboarding, audits, and risk-based decision support in a fast-moving innovation environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain compliance and responsible sourcing.
• Experience with audit management and third-party audits.
• Strong analytical ability to translate audit findings into actionable mitigation plans.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as regional GRC partner for Mattel Ventures, embedding supplier due diligence into concept development, sourcing, onboarding, and launch readiness.
• Lead compliance support for third party manufacturers, licensees, suppliers, vendors, and business partners in assigned regions, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and Mattel standards.
• Collect supplier compliance data, review audit reports, coordinate audits, and monitor remediation progress.
• Assess compliance risk for new supplier models, geographies, licensing activity, and venture partnerships, translating findings into mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with data teams to interpret compliance information and provide management-ready status updates.
