Job summary

Mattel Southeast Asia Pte Ltd. is seeking a Singapore-based Associate Manager/Manager, Supply Chain Governance, Risk Management & Compliance, Mattel Ventures, to serve as the regional compliance partner for supplier, factory, licensee, and business partner activity.

The role partners with Mattel Ventures leaders to support due diligence, onboarding, audits, compliance monitoring, and responsible sourcing initiatives in a fast-moving innovation environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced supply chain compliance professional with strong judgment and business partnership skills.
• Knowledge of EHS, human rights, responsible sourcing, supplier due diligence, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional GRC partner embedding compliance due diligence into concept development, sourcing, onboarding and launch readiness.
• Lead compliance for third party manufacturers, licensee factories, suppliers, vendors, and business partners.
• Collect supplier compliance data, review audit reports, and coordinate third party audits as needed.
• Assess compliance risk for new supplier models, emerging materials, geographies, licensing activity, and partnerships.
• Analyze cross-business unit compliance performance and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
