Qualifikationen

• University degree in supply chain, business, sustainability, compliance, EHS or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain compliance, due diligence or audit management.
• Experience with third-party audits, risk management and responsible sourcing.

Aufgaben

• Serve as regional GRC partner for Mattel Ventures supplier and partner activities.
• Advance due diligence, supplier onboarding, and audit readiness processes.
• Analyze compliance data and generate mitigation plans with clear actions.
• Partner with regional teams to ensure regulatory alignment and safeguards.
• Educate factories and suppliers on compliance standards and timelines.
• Support speed-to-market while upholding Mattel standards.
