Job summary

Responsibilities include onboarding new volumes, coordinating with buyers and suppliers, and ensuring accurate cross-dock and freight payment processes, with a focus on end-to-end execution and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of Logistics Service Providers (LSP) across air, ocean, ground, and parcel networks.
• Define global SLAs/KPIs and drive continuous performance improvements.
• Coordinate with Buyers, Supplier Managers, and CBMs to align carrier expectations.
• Onboard new volumes and manage cross-dock operations and freight payments.
• Develop and implement carrier management processes and contingency planning.
• Escalation point only; ensure end-to-end process from EDI to freight settlement.
