Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A, commercial finance, or management reporting experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI experience.
• Experience in a regional or multinational environment is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across assigned markets.
• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations for senior management.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyse sales, gross margin, OPEX, profitability, and working capital to improve performance.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to drive initiatives.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Support regional reporting requirements and ensure timely, accurate information.
