Job summary

Vouch Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is partnering with an established Maritime industry organisation to recruit a Regional Financial Analyst (FP&A).

The role focuses on financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decisions within the finance team. The successful candidate will perform detailed performance analyses, build and maintain financial models, and assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or related role.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of data analytics techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the FP&A team in providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to drive strategic decision-making.
• Perform detailed analysis of business and financial performance for various business units.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports, conduct variance analysis, and recommend cost reduction and profit improvement strategies.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Enhance internal controls and financial processes to ensure continuous improvement.
