Job summary

Vouch Recruitment is partnering with an established Maritime organisation to hire a Regional Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join the dynamic finance team and contribute to financial planning and analysis efforts.

You will support the FP&A team with insightful analysis, forecasting, and reporting; build models, prepare management reports, and help drive cost optimization and profit improvement across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• 3 years of FP&A or related experience
• Big 4 experience welcome
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Knowledge of data analytics techniques is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A with financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to drive strategic decisions
• Analyze business and financial performance for multiple units
• Prepare management reports, conduct variance analysis, and suggest cost/profit improvements
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning and decision-making
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Enhance internal controls and financial processes for continuous improvement
